- Conduct the legal compliance assessment of amendments to agreements for public procurement contracts, including FIDIC conditions of contract
- Interpret the functionality and utility programme and the description of the contract subject matter in terms of the material scope of the agreement
- Assess legitimacy of contractual penalties imposed
- Assess legitimacy of retention of the security of the contract due performance
- Represent the economic operator in negotiations with contracting authorities
- Coordinate the submission of claims pursuant to the FIDIC conditions of contract
- Provide legal representation before common courts with regard to claims
In 2018 we secured return of a retained contractual penalty of
PLN 450.000
for an Economic Operator in the construction industry.
