For recipients we can:

  • Assist in implementation and settlement of payment for a project, to ensure that the full amount of subsidies available is obtained
  • Assist in relations with institutions involved in implementing operational programmes (managing, intermediary, and implementing institutions)
  • Make preparations for and provide services for public procurement procedures in line with the Public Procurement Law and the principles of competition and market orientation
  • Conduct an implementation compliance review for a project, comprising analysis of the risk of a project being handled incorrectly, potentially leading to costs being found to be ineligible or financial corrections
  • Make recommendations with regard to possible remedial and preventative measures to avoid awarded co-financing being reduced or co-financing not being released
  • Attend during an inspection or an audit of a project and draft objections to post-inspection information produced by authorised institutions
  • Advise on and provide representation during administrative and court proceedings concerning return of funds due to costs being found to be ineligible or subject to financial corrections
  • Advise entities that make use of public funds, including during transformation processes while the project is being implemented and is running
  • Draft an application for repayment to be deferred or repayment in instalments of funds that have to be returned
