Recently we have

represented contracting authorities in appeal and complaint procedures relating to:

  • Construction of the ERTMS/GSM for Railways communication system for majority of the Polish railways, which is a system enabling digital communication between the driver’s cab systems on trains and the traffic management system, of a value of almost PLN 3 bn.
  • Implementation of a rapid passenger information system at 760 railway stations, with a procurement contract value exceeding PLN 420 m.
  • Delivery of motor vehicle tyres and wheel repair materials, worth approximately PLN 3.7 m.
  • Purchase and delivery of IT solution for building electronic services, including installation and implementation, and delivery and purchase of additional devices for the IT environment at Siedlce Health Centre, worth more than PLN 3 m.
